Maintenance

Our company handles everything from the smallest maintenance to the largest newly built roofs. The owners who need little more than an inspection of the roof, or perhaps one or two bird-pecked holes refilled with reed, matter to us too. Unlike many contractors, we consider it genuinely important that a roof be kept under regular maintenance. This way the lump-sum outlay of large repair costs can be avoided. Every year, or even every two years, the roof should be inspected and minor faults repaired, so that these faults do not later become bigger faults and large repair costs. The secret of a beautiful and healthy roof is regular maintenance.
