Then a specialist inspects the roof from up on the roof. This is important, because problems that are not visible from the ground below often come to light up there. After the on-site survey, our company prepares a clear, transparent and fair quote. It is worth going through the quote in person again, because it is important that the figures are clear and understandable for the owner. Once the quote is accepted there are no changes, no hidden costs, and any modification is possible only at a previously agreed time. In many cases the owners are at home when the roof is finished, as we value the smile of satisfied owners. If they should not be at home on the final completion day (holiday, meeting), then the owner must appear at least once in the preceding days. Together they walk through the yard or even up on the roof, and then only the last step remains for the owner: paying the labour fee. The timing of the payment is always based on the mutual agreement of the parties.
